SHARE:

WDSOFT fabricated a visually appealing and engaging 3D stall for a prominent steel manufacturer in India - Saarloha Advanced Materials Private Limited. The 3D stall effectively showcased the client's sustainable green steel products at the exhibition while communicating their brand values. Also, with our excellent fabrication process, we delivered a stall with proper lighting and space utilisation, which was a big success at the exhibition.

Objective:

The Steel Manufacturer approached WDSOFT Exhibition Stall Design Company to create a visually appealing and functional stall that would highlight their company's offerings, attract visitors, and effectively communicate their company's values and green steel production.

Challenges:
  • Brand Communication: The client wanted seven backdrops and detailed and vast company information displayed clearly on stalls.
  • Visitor Engagement: The stall design and backdrop placement had to be inviting and interactive to engage visitors and leave a lasting impression.
  • Space Utilisation: It was challenging to effectively arrange different furniture pieces, brochure stands, and AV stations in the 64-sq.ft space.

Solution:

WDSOFT used its 3D stall design expertise to create a visually appealing and engaging 8x8 metre, three-sided open stall for the event 'Green Steel World 2024', which enabled the client to showcase their green steel products and manufacturing process.

Design Highlights:
  • Branding and Visual Appeal:

Based on the information the client wanted to convey through the stall, we began our design process by creating effective backdrop banners. These backdrop banners prominently and visually displayed the company's information, including the client's green steel products, manufacturing process, company accomplishments, and strengths. The stall's appearance was enhanced by the eye-catching graphics, attractive fonts, and colours that aligned with the brand, perfectly reflecting the client's vision.

The strategic placement of the company logo throughout the stall helped to reinforce the client's brand identity, while the stall's primary light hue effectively highlighted its logo. The design also utilised space for easily rearranged modular furniture, including display zones, a presentation area, and discussion seating areas, to meet various needs.

  • Comfort and Accessibility:

The design included comfortable seating areas and a welcoming counter that enabled good communication between guests and representatives to put visitors at ease and accommodate more visitors. Additionally, a small area was reserved for client representatives to give live product presentations, allowing direct interaction with visitors.

Fabrication Process:

The stall was built with durable, high-quality materials that remained faithful to the design requirements. Proper lighting placement increased the visibility of the client's backdrop banners and company logo. Lightweight and easily rearranged furniture maximised the functional use of stall space. Carefully placed wiring provided the necessary electricity supply for the lights and television.

Results:

The stall did exceptionally well at the "Green Steel World 2024" exhibition. It effectively communicated the client's company profile, brand values, and commitment to sustainable green steel products. Our designed stall was a major attraction at the exhibition, and the client expressed gratitude for our work process.
