Client Expectations
The client desired a visually appealing 3D stall that maximised available space and highlighted their brand. They planned to exhibit their stall at the Maharashtra MSME Defence Expo 2024 event at the Pune International Exhibition Convention Centre ( PIECC), Moshi, Pune, India. The setup was supposed to include various furniture elements with the company name and logo cut from vinyl materials. They required long-lasting and precise fabrication and erection procedures that followed specific dimensions. Structural components like podiums and pelmets require a design that can create an appealing and functional exhibit space while ensuring proper installation.

We designed a 3D stall to maximise space and increase brand visibility, focusing on conveying the client’s message in style and functionality. The one-side open stall, which measured 8 feet tall and 9.8 feet in length and width, included a 43-inch TV, bar stool, brochure stand, planter, and circular table, all branded with high-quality vinyl logos. This design ensured a compact but impactful presence, engaging event attendees and increasing the client’s visibility.
Fabrication Procedure – Quality Redefined
The careful fabrication process, combined with the use of durable metals, long-lasting vinyl, and refined finishes, ensured accuracy and longevity. Laser cutting and precision welding were applied to ensure accurate measurements and a smooth assembly. Careful planning and skilled craftsmanship enabled the resolution of challenges like integrating various branding elements while adhering to specific dimensions.
3D Stall Execution and Installation
The cautious logistics and well-coordinated execution and installation ensured an efficient setup. It was essential to make detailed schedules, arrange for transportation, and send out trained staff.
